THE COMPANY
Con el Corazón Co. is an inclusive professional dance company based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, founded in 2015 by M.Ed. Lucía del Valle and currently directed by choreographer and performer Alex Valdés
Composed of a diverse team of more than 10 dancers with and without disabilities, we firmly believe that disability is not a limitation, but a possibility to create powerful and innovative dance performances.
Through shows, workshops, residencies, and pedagogical processes, we bring visibility to the cultural rights of people with disabilities and promote a culture of respect, equity, and inclusion through art.

Artistic Director
Graduated from the Escuela Superior de Música y Danza de Monterrey. Artistic director, choreographer, and multidisciplinary artist with international experience across America and Europe.
Lucía del Valle
Executive Director
Founder of Bailar con el Corazón and inclusive dance specialist. Currently, an art researcher in educational spaces.
Magali Penella
Pedagogical Advisor
Technician in Family Education and speech therapist, certified in the Psychoballet Method, with a focus on comprehensive development and intervention.
Valeria Vázquez
Contemporary Dance Teacher
Laura Ordaz
Ballet Teacher
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Education and Development from TecMilenio University, with training in Classical Dance Teaching from the Escuela Superior de Música y Danza de Monterrey. Certified in the Psychoballet method in Cuba (2015).
